    TCP UDP socket

hi, all! I used tcp socket to send video files to my pc, it works fine, but the transimission was very slow. GPRS should provides about 40 kbps bandwidth, but sending a 25k clip takes 40 seconds! This is really unacceptable! I think this may due to the flow and congestion control of tcp.. so will it help if i use udp socket instead? If so, can anybody plese help me about how to use udo socket? or is there any examples on this? Thanks a lot!!!
    Regards,

    This link might be useful

    http://www.symbian.com/developer/tec...s/sockets.html

Also Symbian OS Communication Programming (by Michael J Jipping
) book is a good resource.

I am also building a similar application, Are you sending the video captured from the mobile's camera to the PC OR just a video file ??

    Thanks
