I was downloading UAprofs from the server, and for some of them
I got errors when trying to open them through IE or other XML Viewers. The error regarded the (c) symbol in the comments.
Although since the content is UTF-8 this should be a valid char it wasn't regarded so.

Checking with the server sending the content I saw this

HTTP/1.0 200 OK
Accept-Ranges: bytes
Date: Tue, 04 Nov 2003 15:41:46 GMT
Content-Length: 21535
Content-Type: text/plain

The XML files are served as text/plain without specifying content
encoding as UTF-8. So the apps regard the content as ANSI and save it as such. I think that can cause problems for other people too so I just share it here and hope you fix it.
