Questions about bluetooth device designed for Nokia

I'm now going to develope a device which can send image data(JPG Image, for example) to Nokia mobile phone by infrared port or bluetooth. My aim is Nokia mobile phone can store my image data(just for a while), and send it as an accessory of an e-mail though WAP.
I've searched for a long time for a model of Nokia phone, but can't find a suitable one.It seems that by infrared port or bluetooth, Nokia phones can only transmit data defined by themselves( business book,To-Do book, etc.) and not support raw binary data.
Could anybody tell me is there any Nokia phone can meet my need?
    Thanks!

    Yous,

Nokia phones that meet your requirements are Nokia 9210/9210i/9290 Communicators and Nokia 7650.

In Communicators the communication method is infrared. In Nokia 7650 you can use either infrared or Bluetooth.

At least you can send the image or note to those devices. There are also Application Programming Interfaces available for using email and WAP properties programmatically. For further information on this can be obtained in the SDK documentations of these Symbian OS based devices.
