    .ra files

    A .ra file is for building menus
    What is the structure of this file and how does one use this file in series 60 applications

    A .ra file is just the Symbian extension for a subsidiary .rss file i.e. its a resource file segment that is #included into a main .rss file.

    In general terms, I'm not sure how menu resources are used on the Series 60 platform as it doesn't seem to have your "traditional" Symbian OS 6.0/6.1 menus. The menu-like structures it does have may well used a specific Series 60 resource - best to look at the examples that come with the SDK, along with their documentation.
