Nokia MIDP2.0 sample - Ocean Driver

i had installed it on my 6600 but it only able to display about 3/2 (probably 144 pixels) top of the screen and the remaining is blank white.

whats wrong with the sample? could it be 6600's getHeight() function which didnt return the actual 208 value? as abit worry to try MIDP2.0 if nokia own sample also having problem on its 6600..

This seems to be a problem in the FullCanvas implementation on Series 60 devices all around. I have never tried on a 6600, but I know that on the 7650 and on the N-Gage (so I assume it is for all Series 60 devices) getHeight() does in fact return 144 and not 208. On a related issue, if you try repainting the whole screen (a call to repaint()), the clip region in the paint() method (ie, Graphics.getClipHeight() with the Graphics passed into paint()) is also cut off at 144.
These values should be hard coded on these devices :-(
