    strings and buffers again

    Thanks for the help guys, but my problem is a little more complex, since I need to convert a variable C string to a Symbian Unicode string, which can be accepted by the InfoMsg dialog or the DrawText function.

    Please help.

    The solution is....
    char* pMyString="My name is Abhijit";
    TBuf8<64> szMyString;
    szMyString = (TUint8*)pMyString;
    TBuf<64> szMyString16;
    szMyString16.Copy(szMyString);
    User::InfoPrint(szMyString16);
