    Multimedia Converter problem

I have a problem when I use Multimedia Converter in console version:
    ------------------------------------------------
    C:\Nokia\Tools\Nokia_Multimedia_Converter_2_0>MMConverterCon.exe -i 982.mp3

    Multimedia Converter 2.0 console version
    Copyright (c) 2000-2003 Nokia Corporation

    Opening C:\Nokia\Tools\Nokia_Multimedia_Converter_2_0\982.mp3 ...
Error: Start time must be between zero and the duration of the clip.
    Clip length is 0s.

    -----------------------
    Any suggestion?

    Hi,

You could send the file to smart.messaging@nokia.com and I will take a look at the problem.

    Hi,

I ran the conversion in console mode for your file and it worked ok. What's the OS you're running?

    Hi,

Is this the only file that throws an error?

Hi, I send you by mail, the files that doesn t work with the Multimedia Converter in console mode.
    The message is:
    Opening C:\Nokia\Tools\Nokia_Multimedia_Converter_2_0\name.mp3 ...
Error: Start time must be between zero and the duration of the clip.
    Clip length is 0s.

    Input file closed-

I've tryed to understand with some sound work and why some not and I've seen that for sound that doesn't works and I've seen:

-for sound that doesn't work in console version , the graphic version of the multimedia converter can convert them. The parameters in graphic version are: in conversion settings > file bite rate > the value in the textfield is: 1.#J

N.B: sorry for my english )

Red face Re: Multimedia Converter Console problem

    Help Please, Please, Please,

    It says....
" Multimedia Converter includes console conversion tool (MMConverterCon.exe), which can be used to convert files from command line (useful for converting large number of multimedia files in a single batch)."

Im converting a large number of files, but it says...
    "-i filename Always required."

Does it mean that i need to type each filename? Is it possible to select all files in one folder?

    Thanks,
    Sam
