Can Nokia separate-delivery enabled phones (e.g. Nokia 6220, 3200) process a DCF wrapped in a forward lock message? I first create a DCF from a midi ringtone using the Nokia publishing tookit 2.1 and then publish the DCF produced as a forward lock file (with the content type set to application/vnd.oma.drm.content and the content encoding type set to binary). When I download the resulting forward lock content to the phone, it recognises it as a ring tone and the details of the content include usage rights stuff. However, when I try and open the saved content - regardless of whether a license has been delivered - I get the message "File format not supported". Also no usage rights stuff shows up in teh details of the saved content.

Do any specific headers that need to be added to allow when downloading this content or any other measures which need to be taken so that it installs correctly?

Thanks for your help...
