I am looking at build a mobile app:
There are two main processes:
1) accept user input (list selections, radio buttons, text field etc), capture an image from the phone, store on a remote server.
2) Send a user a selection of images. Allow a user to select an image and send it with a message to another phone.
My current thinking it to develop it using Wap 2.0, but I am not sure about the current take up of wap 2? Can anyone comment on this?
So I am now looking at MMS. Plenty of documentation about creating a message body to send an image, etc, but I have yet to find any mention of building in HTML like objects - forms, scripting, etc? Are these not in the MMS spec, or am I missing something?
General question. Would a MMS app be downloaded to the phone once and used many times, or is it stored on the server and downloaded and run each time the user wants to access it?
thanks in advance
