What is meant by Nokia 9210 is supporting SyncML.

    Hi All,
I am developing Syncronisation application using J2ME, JBuilder and Nokia Developer Suite. What is meant by Nokia 9210 is supporting SyncML, whether the device will act as a Sync Client Agent (Means it will transfer the information in SyncML format). I developed Sync Client Agent using J2ME and deploy it to Nokia Developer Suite. While Synchronizing it, the Server is getting 2 request. Please give your suggestion to procede this situation.

    Thanks

RE: What is meant by Nokia 9210 is supporting SyncML.

    Hi,
The 9210 has SyncML Client software to Sync to OutLook and other SyncML complient applications. If your writing your application in J2ME you do not have access to VCARD,VCAL or Email API's, so I don't think you would be able to make a J2ME SyncML Client that would be compariable. You could write a timer application to send a sync request and let the native client handle it. If I did not read your question correct please elaberate more.

    Thank You
