In the C++ application framework, when a new file needs to be created for an application, the default document directory is chosen, and a new filename is allocated, e.g. c:\documents\word(02)
I would like in my program to change the directory where the new files are created, but still let the framework allocate a filename that does not exist automatically. For example, I would like a new file to be located in c:\documents\MyDir\word(03) - and this, ofcourse, without changing the user's default folder for all other programs.
Is there an easy way to do this?
