    Missing input fields and links

    I am trying to build a basic WML login screen with a J2EE back end. The problem I am having is that the "do/go" tags don't show up in any of the browsers I've tried, and the input fields don't show up in the Nokia browsers I've tried.

    I have tried both WAP 1.3 and WAP 2.0.
    I have tried moving the tags around.
    I have validated my code against the appropriate dtd with XML SPY.

    My WAP2.0 Code is:
    ________________________________________
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-2"?>
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//WAPFORUM//DTD WML 2.0//EN" "http://www.wapforum.org/DTD/wml20.dtd">
    <html>
    <head>
    <base href="http://localhost/light"/>
    <title>Login</title>
    </head>
    <wml:card title="Login">
    <p>
    <big>Please login.</big>
    <br/>
    <b>Login ID:</b> <input size="15" type="text" wml:name="uname"/>
    <br/>
    <b>Password:</b> <input size="15" type="password" wml:name="passwd"/>
    <br/>
    <wml:do label="Go!" type="accept">
    <wml:go method="post" href="sec_check"/>
    </wml:do>
    <wml:do label="Back-Up!" type="accept">
    <wmlrev/>
    </wml:do>
    </p>
    </wml:card>
    </html>
    ___________(pls excuse the smiley ;o)________________

    At this point, I suspect I need to still include the values of the login fields, but the "Go" or "Back" links and the input fields should still show!

    If anyone can give me some guidance on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Perhaps you could edit your WML code on Nokia Mobile Internet Toolkit 4.0 to verify correct-ness. There is quite a few errors I spotted in your WML , the least being the <html> tags which should not be in WML.

    Best Regards,
