    How do I add a compile-time flag to the build process.

    I am using Builder and would like to add a compile-time flag together with _DEBUG. How do I do this. Is there a way from within the Builder IDE ?

    Hi,

    I include my defines to MMP file to detect if it is wins/marm udeb or urel debug. It is good place for some debug defines or device specific defines. These defines are included when abld comand is used from comand line...

    compile time flag

    Thank you Stenlik,
    I tried the keyword macro in my .mmp file. It did not work. What .mmp keyword should I use for adding a compile time flag in my project ?

    Hi,

    for example look on this:

    #if defined(WINS)
    MACRO PV_PROCESSOR_PENTIUM_3
    #else
    MACRO DEBUG_LOG UNICODE
    #endif

    or this could form could be used for including specific files:

    #ifdef MARM
    SOURCE Asm1.S
    #else
    SOURCE Asm1.cpp
    #endif

    Is this what you want?

    Thanks Sten,
    I tried defining a macro in the .mmp file, I had a complile error with (what I thought was the macro..) and I abandonned that idea. I only saw later that the macro was actually working, but the code I was including in the macro definition was faulty, I fixed it and it worked fine, thanks.
