    Small Fonts...

    How do i display a small font...

    I want a font smaller than the standar fonts used in Series60, i.e. LatinPlain12()... How can i acquire a small font?

    I tried to query for the fonts and their sizes using

    TTypefaceSupport myTypefaceSupport;

    TInt numsupport = iCoeEnv->ScreenDevice()->NumTypefaces();
    for(TInt i = 0; i< numsupport; i++)
    {
    iCoeEnv->ScreenDevice()->TypefaceSupport(myTypefaceSupport,i);
    ...
    ..
    }

    and found out they are not scaleable.. so i can't make them smaller...

    any suggestions?

    Hi!
    There is no native support for smaller fonts than LatinPlain12 in Series60 AFAIK.

    Smaller Fonts than the normal

    Hi

    on the Draw function you will find the

    gc.UseFont(iCoeEnv->NormalFont());

    which sets the font. Just replace this line with the one below

    gc.UseFont(iEikonEnv->AnnotationFont());

    Could you inform me for the result ???

    Regards

    I guess that the smallest standard font is iCoeEnv->DenseFont(). If it is not enough you will have create your own...:-(
