    problem compiling java class

    Hi@all,

    I've wrote a small java class (demo) for Nokia phones.
    I've downloaded and installed the nokia SDK for series 60 package. I'm using the JDK 1.4.
    Now I want to compile my java file but there's a problem: I use a library with the import function
    import javax.microedition.*;
    The javac compiler doesn't find this library. How can I include the nokia sdk in the javac compiler so to use nokia libraries in my apps?
    I don't wanna use an ide like NDS cause I write my java progs always in simple text editors.

    Thanks for help
    Kay

    Use the -bootclasspath parameter to point to the archive with all the MIDP classes.

    And this MIDP classes you can find in a Nokia S60 device emulator in a ./lib directory. There is a classes.zip and ./ext directory with the nokia specific classes
