    7210 and its keys

    Hello:

    I developed an application and this application has a canvas, well, when i make actives de keys for game then none of the keys of the phone make nothing!, and when i use de keyCode, then too none of the keys make nothing!, how could i make that the keys of the phone catch instruccions for go to left, right and down?

    Could you send a code snippet?

    A code sample of how do you handle the keys could help to pin point your problem. Especially the keyPressed() method.

    but don´t move

    Thanks by your answer but i have implemented that method and it works fine on another mobile phone but not in the 7210.

    public synchronized void keyPressed(int keyCode){
    int key = getGameAction(keyCode);

    if (key == RIGHT){
    ...
    }
    ...
    }

    And that code don`t let me to move the cursor on the 7210 mobile phone.

    7210 and its keys

    Do these buttons invoke the keyPressed() method? If they do, you can map them manually - the key code to the action, and you might even want to overload getGameAction() for this device... in your own Canvas.
