I apologise is this is the wrong forum and feel free to redirect me.

I have problems accessing our email system via my 6230. I can log in, but then it asks me where I want to save the file. Apparently does it not recognise something.

I tried the same thing with NMB 4.0 through the 4.0 WAP gateway simulator and it works all right.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this??
