    Operator Logo sending

    Hi, I'm kinda confuse in sending Operator Logo to a nokia phone. Could anyone there teach me or explain to me which octets I should specified the destination phone number? I've went through Smart Messaging FAQ, but I'm still don't know where to start. Thanks for your help.

    RE: Operator Logo sending

    Hi,

    See Smart Messaging FAQ question 8, http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/1,35452,1_2_5_5,00.html#encode.

    You have to add user-data-header to the example.
    Here's an example of UDH:
    0051000C91->534870046332<-00F5A724

    Destination address is between the arrows.

    Best regards,

    Hi, I'm sorry, I've posted the message wrongly, I forgot to separate the encoding message into parts. Here's the encoding again.

    RE: Operator Logo sending

    Hi,

    You still have a wrong value in User-Data-Lenght.

    0051000A91566945358100F5A7->24<-

    Try something like 8C instead of 24 there.

    Best regards,

    RE: Operator Logo sending

    Hello - you had asked about the 154 octets - does it count as 1 or 2 SMS messages -- it should only count as 1. The "payload" for an SMS message is normally 140 octets, and using 7-bit characters, you can get 160 characters to fit this space. But the size of the SMS itself (including headers, etc...) is larger (something like 160 octets maximum if I remember right - it's in the spex)
