    Unhappy Larger installation file package headers howto ?

    Hi
    I have an 1.2Mb .sis file that needs to be installed on an series 60 device
    . It cannot be installed as one single sis file since it says out of memory.
    how do i break them into smaller installables files . I have tried a couple
    of methods but in vain . I have attached the best i could come up with .
    any ideas what is wrong with these headers
    File1:

    &en

    # {"Application Name"}, (0x10009d06), 1, 0, 0,TYPE=SISAPP

    (0x101f6f88), 0, 0, 0, {"Series60ProductID"}

    File2:

    &en

    # {"Application Name"}, (0x10009d06), 1, 0, 0,TYPE=SISUPGRADE

    (0x101f6f88), 0, 0, 0, {"Series60ProductID"}

    (0x10009d06), 1, 0, 0, {"Application Name"}

    File3:

    &en

    # {"Application Name"}, (0x10009d06), 1, 0, 0,TYPE=SISUPGRADE

    (0x101f6f88), 0, 0, 0, {"Series60ProductID"}

    (0x10009d06), 1, 0, 0, {"Application Name"}

    can some one tell me how to create package header files .

    Thanx

    what happens when you amke these sis file ?

    or is the problem in installation ?

    you could try using different UID for each packet, since using the same UID, could lead into a situation where the previously installed package is un-installed.
