    How to submit a form

    Hello.

    My question should be very simple...
    I'm trying to create login page of xhtml site for mobile devices.

    I use:
    1) NOKIA MOBILE INTERNET TOOLKIT 4.1 (May 2004)
    2) Series 60 Content Authoring SDK 2.0 for Symbian OS (v 2.0), 6.4.2004

    For some reason, submit button like <input type="submit"> does not work at all. I can see the submit button in the emulator's screen, but I can't push it.

    It's possible also to use <anchor> to submit a form. Like this:

    <form id="form1" method="post" action="index.jsp">
    <input type="text" id="email" name="email" maxlength="50" size="30" value="">
    <input type="text" id="mobnumber" name="mobnumber" maxlength="40" size="30" value="">
    <a href="javascript:document.form1.submit();">Submit</a>
    </form>

    Unfortunatelly, that way was unsuccessful too. Once again - I can't push to the link.

    Could you please help.
    Thank you.

    I've done XHTML, it looks very similar to HTML. Works fine on my phone.

    <form action="./action.php" method="GET">
    <br/><input name ="textfield1" />
    <input type=submit />
    </form>

    Thank you!
    I have solved this problem by converting code to a more strict view.
    And, also, sure, it depends on a model of phone...
