POSTing problem with WML on 6810

I have been trying to develop some WML pages to serve to my Nokia 6810 from my home web server. The web pages use forms, the contents of which should subsequently be POSTed back to the server.

I have been noticing that the 'Submit' button that should be generated by the 'label' tag of the 'do' statement does not appear on many if not all the examples I have been trying to serve. Looking for other examples of WML pages available on the Internet, I have noticed that other's appear to have the same problem. For example, see

    http://www.w3schools.com/wap/demo_selectfull.wml

which should show a multiple choice select followed by an 'Answer' link/button, but on my 6810 appears to give me an unusable little box without a button.

    Any ideas?

I've managed to find the 'label' for the 'do' - but you have to go down through the Options menu and select 'Shortcuts'.

Surely users are not expected to do this?
