I am getting a KErrNoMemory error when trying to play a 3GP file during an incoming call.

I checked the applications running and my app and Telephone is the only application running in the background.

I'm running the real player via CVideoPlayerUtility inside an active object btw.

Are there any special requirements for real player when running during an incoming call? Do I need direct screen access? Do I need to increase the memory of my thread or the real player applicaion (is this possible)?
