    RE: long message ringtone problem

It would be best to use binary header as in Smart Messaging FAQ
examples. Since in all the phones //SCKL headers do not work.

    RE: long message ringtone problem

    Hi,

I also try to send ringtones that fit on several SMS packets.
I use the binary header described in the SMS Messaging Specification, but on a Nokia 3210 it appears the packets are not well concatenated.

Do you where I could find long ringtones I could download to check whether or not it's a phone "feature" or of it's a problem with my packets ?

    Thanks,

    Jerome

The last message is wrong, the header should be //SCKL15811581010303 this may be the problem (of course if it is not written wrong in here only)

    RE: long message ringtone problem

to send a ringtone in two SMS-messages in addittion to form proper UDH (concatination message+ringtone port) we have to set melody style as "continuous" (in ott!) - default style - "natural".
