    Full Screen Problem

    Hi all,

    I am currently developing a game, when i run it in the emulator it works fine, but when i download on to a nokia 6600 or 3230, there is 1/3 of the screen white. But when i load it on to a sony ericsson or O2 xPhoneII it works fine.

    Have anyone experience this too? and how do u slove it?

    There is a bug in Canvas.getHeight() it doesn't return the correct value.

    The same problem

    Hello!

    I have the same problem and I spent a lot of time to find out where the problem is. It seems it's not only bug for the nokia 6600 phone. The second one is - it dosen't handle the hight-level events. For example I cant to swith my game into pause mode when the screen is set into the fullmode. As for displaying problem I solved it. Instead using layermanager class and its paint method use paint mathod of sprite or tiledlayer. Such you can bypass the bug of "full screen". But how to fix the problem of high-level events handing I have no idea. This makes me very sad cause I can't now trust to the Nokia's "MIDP2 campatible" statement.
