When is the next version of Python for Series 60 going to be released?

How long do we have to wait for the next release of Python for Series 60? Is it going to be version 1.1 or something else? The main problem from my point of view is that I still don't have any way to access the screen at the pixel level. I haven't found any graphics APIs released yet (though I only used Google to search).

Must be because of the broadband connection but being patient isn't anymore one of my virtues.

Let's get back to the point. How long is "Soon. Very soon." exactly? (I guess it's shorter time than only "Soon"? )

Although I'm hardly to have any serious intentions to develop anything for some time, the mere fact that I'm having an on-the-fly programmable device with BT keyboard in my pocket all the time is intriguing.

Actually, right now. 1.1.0 is out there. Do note that the API's aren't final and that the 1.1.0 build is actually already quite old, since posting it took a while. Hopefully the 1.1.2 build will follow it very soon.
