    Talking hi am new to mobile games java

    can i ask something if it is to use the c++ program if i am beginners only

    If you are a beginner, you can start learning with any programming language you wish (C++ or Java or whatever is supported).

    Java might be easier, quicker to get your head around, but it depends.

    If you don't know programming at all (in any language) yet, it is probably also easier to learn it first on a PC, instead of beginning with mobile phones.

    Also, whether you do or don't know programming on any platform or any language, starting directly with a game might not be the best idea.

    There's an old proverb: Learn to walk first, before you try to run. (Or something like that.)

    In other words, I'm not trying to discourage you, but if you attempt something that's too ambitious for your current skills, start with easier things first and once you've mastered that, proceed to more difficult things (such as games development on/for a mobile phone).
