    open local file with default browser?

    hi
    i have a device 6630 from Nokia! and i want to open a local file (localhost access) but i can do it! the default browser redirect to me to choice a poit access but i don't have any point access, i want only access my file on local!

    When you say local file, I'm assuming you mean a file that's saved in your phone?

    I usually access my files by typing file://C:/Nokia/wherever-the-file-is.

    Or just go to the file manager and click on the file?

    hi,
    in fact i want my default browser to listen to a local proxy, in other word i want to open file like: http:// localhost/no_port/index.html

    Then, I suppose, you'd minimally have to write a web server for your phone, too (it doesn't come with one built-in).
