Unhappy Audio Capture Series 60 Phones

I've currently been testing an video capture application on a
    number of nokia telephones.
While on the 6630 and 6680 phones it seems to work, i seem
to have had many problems actually installing and getting the
program to run on the following phones, these are the 3230, 3600, 6600 and the 7610.
Having looked at the specs on these phones it seems they
all have two things in common and that is that they don't have
the Series 60 Feature Pack 2 developer platform and also
the Symbian OS version differs also to the 6630/6680.
Can anyone shed any light on the situation or confirm my
    suspicions???

Unfortunately I can't help you. But I have a question:
You are saying that the video capture application seems to work on the 6680 phone. Did you manage to control the VideoControl-player within your application? With a form or a canvas?

I'm developing an application and I need to control the player in my own GUI, and not with the standard integrated Videoplayer.
My appliaction either fire up the build-in video player or it returns a MediaException with symbian OS error -5, "the operation requested is not supported".

    Regards

    Yes!
You have to remove a plugin using a cardreader or FExplorer

    It finally worked for me!
