    Debugger crash when playing sound

I am currently using MetroTrk debug kernel on a P800 linked by Bluetooth to my PC. This has served me well, up until now that is.

I have tried writing some test code to play a .wav file using CMdaAudioPlayerUtility and I've also tried with CQikSoundPlayer (which uses CMdaAudioPlayerUtility anyway) but have discovered that the program will crash if I am in the debugger. It will run just fine if I execute the program normally on the phone.

Has anyone had similar problems? Any suggestions? Should I send this direct to Nokia as a bug?

it could be UIQ issue as well, maybe you should ask Ericsson discussion boards for hel as well.

Anyway, is there any error notes shown ?

    Crash

The crash just hangs the phone. When I quit the debugging from the computer it tries and fails to disconnect gracefully and finally just closes the debugger window.

At this point I have to remove the battery to recover the phone.

I am posting this here because I think it may be a problem with the debug kernel, which is supplied by Nokia.
