    Showing error codes in Series 90

    Hi,

    Does anyone know how to show the panic and leave codes in Series 90? On booth device and emulator the app just exists without saying why. I verified this by
    User::Panic(_L("test"), 1);
    and
    User::Leave(KErrNotFound);
    In both cases, the app just exists. Is there any way to catch the reason? This applies to both device (Nokia 7710) and emulator (WINS).

    /Jonas

    As far as I remember, the errrd trick works on S90 as well. http://www.newlc.com/article.php3?id_article=150

    Re: Showing error codes in Series 90

    Thanks for your reply, but I've tried it, and it does not really work.

    The NewLC article suggests that there is a "Program Closed" dialog that pops up (on Series 60), but on Series 90 I don't get that.

    I noticed though, that the debug output in Visual Studio shows the panic message, but I don't get the popup like on Series 60 or Series 80. Is there any way to get this debug output from the device?

    /Jonas

    Edit: It actually works for Leaves (with a popup), but not for panics.
