    Internet Access Config via Smart Message

    Okay, I am ready to pull my hair out! I have got everything working via smart message, oplogos etc,
    but I cannot get a WAP or EMAIL config sent via Smart Message!
    Here is my complete 8Bit PDU. (ESM_CLASS = 0x40, DATA_CODING = 0xF5)

    I wasn't sure from which part your PDU message started so I wasn't
    able to figure out what is wrong with it. The whole SMS deliver
    pdu as in the examples or just the user data?
    The email settings don't work with the Nokia 6210, but wap settings
    should work.
    Here is an example of wap setting messages which should work with 6210. Atleast the dcs is F5 in this example too. The example contains
    two concatenated messages, SC addresses are not included in the
    examples: see below.

    Meaning: Concatenated short message, 8-bit reference number
