Unhappy JSR75 file access -- URGENT

Everytime I access a file using JSR75 I get prompted by jvm if it is ok. Is there a way to turn this prompt off? Because I have a bunch of files that the user will access via JSR75 and if they are prompted if it is ok to read from file system everytime the application will not be usable. Please Help!

You will have to specify the permissions your applet needs in the jad file. That's the easy part. To have any effect, your app must then be signed. You will have to buy a code signing certificate if you don't already have one (Verisign is probably the safest in terms of compatibiity). About 400USD.

A Verisign certificate only will not help you. Use the nokia developer suite 2.2.
There you select the Menuitem create Application Package. Then you have to choose recreate based on existing package. Next select your Software files (jar / jad). Select permissions. Now you have to type in your permissions manualy.

    Hi,

The permissions will not be asked once the app is signed!

Please follow these links regarding app signing. Hope this would be of some use!
