The WAP gateway can be configured to send or not send the MSISDN as a
HTTP header to the third party web server. The IP address of the third
party server is added to a list in the WAP gateway config and any
requests to this IP Address will then include the MISDN.

Additionally, each IP Address can have associated with it a encryption
key so that the web app at that server can only decrypt the MSISDN if
thay have the key.

Questions:
1. What is the encryption/decryption algorithm used?
2. Where does the WAP gateway store this config information so that
another app could access it. (So that the operator only has to
configure thet WAP gateway once and the other app can then pick up
this config information silently)

Thansk for any help.
