    changing the default menu options in the media gallery

    Hi,

    when we implement the code given with cameraapp:

    GoToMediaGalleryL()
    {
    TVwsViewId id = TVwsViewId( TUid::Uid(KMediaGalleryUID3),
    TUid::Uid(KMediaGalleryListViewUID) );

    TParsePtrC parse( iAppView->ImagePath());

    TFileName rootPath( parse.DriveAndPath() );

    TPtrC8 ptr8( ( TText8* )rootPath.Ptr(), rootPath.Size() );
    ActivateViewL( id, TUid::Uid( KMediaGalleryCmdMoveFocusTo ), ptr8 );
    }

    It goes to the media gallery, we have the option of selecting any folder or the image in the folder. when the OPTIONS menu is selected we get the default menu options.. i want to replace them to my own options.. how can we acheive it??

    how can we create the screen which appears just like the media gallery.. i.e the contents of folder display on the screen(not in the menu)??

    Thanku
    Deepthi.

    Re: changing the default menu options in the media gallery

    Hi,

    I am trying an application where i want to browse for an image, i implemented it using MGFetch( even tried with the media gallery). when i ran the application i was able to acheive it, but after selecting the image (or file) i wanted, the OPTIONS menu displayed some default options like 'Send', 'Set asBackground image', 'Rotate', 'Zoom in',........

    Here i want to replace these options with those of my interest.
    plz suggest me how it can be done..

    Thanku
    Deepthi.
