    Simple script: SIM directory list

    Here's a tip.
    On my NOKIA 6630 the contact list is by default the one on the phone, but I want to use the contact list from my SIM since I switch phones quite oftten. So I wrote the following (extremely trivial) script:

    Code:
    import e32
    e32.start_exe('z:\\system\\programs\\apprun.exe', 'z:\\system\\apps\\simdirectory\\simdirectory.app', 1)
    I created a .sis file from the script and assigned that to one of my softkeys. Voila, instant access to my SIM contacts, thanks to python.

    Is this script still valid for newer phones? I am using a nokia 6120c and it doesn't seem to work.

    I don't know. Sorry. I haven't been programming for pys60 for a long time (basically since the point were it became impossible to avoid the certificate nonsense).
