    menu doesnt' appear in emaluator of Series 60 2nd Ed. SDK, FP 2

    i have the emaluator version Series 60 2nd Ed. SDK for Symbian OS, FP 2.
    the menu in the emaluator doesn't appear.

    What could be the problem ... i m new to these things... can anyone help. and give some detailed explanation.

    If by "menu --- doesn't appear" you mean what I think you mean...

    Did you install the SDK on some other location (other drive) than the default (C:\Symbian etc.)?

    If so, go to .\Epoc32\Data under the location where the SDK is, and edit EPOC.INI and change the line with _EPOC_DRIVE_D to specify the complete and full path, instead of a relative/partial path.

    That is, make the value, e.g., "D:\Symbian\8.0a\S60_2nd_FP2_CW\epoc32\winscw\d" (or whatever is applicable in your case, depending on where you installed the SDK).

    i have installed the SDK in c:\Symbian .
    the configuaration file has this line "_EPOC_DRIVE_D \Symbian\8.0a\S60_2nd_FP2_CW\epoc32\winscw\d"

    plz. rectify the problem...
