Question Video Sharing server availability ...

    Hello everybody,

I'd like to implement a video sharing client in order to be compliant
with the already existing Nokia Video Sharing service.
I've got an OMA/PoC solution but in order to know the difference
between OMA/PoC & Nokia Video Sharing, I'd like to have an access
to a Nokia 'Video Sharing' server. Is there a way to have this access ?
or is there any detailed descriptions of the SIP exchanged ?
(I've already retrieved the high-level document - PDF - but it does not
explicitly detailed the SIP requests with headers exchanged ).

    Regards,

    Hi Tricklo,

I am also looking for a video sharing client so that users can access live video coming off a video sharing-enabled cellphone from their PCs, via a web browser.

Can you tell me more about the Nokia video sharing server?

From my initial investigation into video sharing, it all uses open standards (SIP) which you mentioned. Have you looked into some free SIP clients which are able to make video calls?

    Hic nic,

In fact, I'm not looking for a video sharing client but for a video sharing server.
Regarding the video sharing implementation, I know it's based on SIP
requests, and I've already checked the video sharing document provided
by Nokia. But, it doesn't detailed deeply the SIP requests, such as headers
of SIP (for REGISTER, INVITE ...), this is really important to be compliant.
In order to test the implementation, it's also really mandatory to have a
video sharing server or at least any access to it with also access to
any generated logs (logs similar to Ethereal traces).
If someone knows about the detailed specs of the video sharing,
it should be nice to inform me asap.

    Regards,

    Trick Lo.

If you find the server then please let me know, so we can develop a client for it if it requires a sip client for S60.
