9500 downloading jad file problem - urgent!!

    Hi All,

I have a problem with 9500..When i download my application, i have set it like, first it downloads the .jad file and from it automatically it should download the .jar file.. But on 9500, it downloads the .jad file and displays it as a text file and then it shows the .jar file path as a download link, which is not acceptable.

Can anyone plz suggest a method or setting through which it will directly download the .jar file after the .jad file.

It is kind of urgent for me,becuase the client wants the support for the communicators really fast.

Plz if anyone can help, i would be really grateful.

My .jad file is as belows

    *******************************************************

    MIDlet-Jar-Size: 58244
    MIDlet-1: X Wallet,/appLogo.png,com.csam.ow.ui.nokia_series60.UAEXMIDlet

Re: 9500 downloading jad file problem - urgent!!

Did you try to set the MIDlet-Jar-URL without the path of your application but just the name of the file (and also put the file in the same directory as the jad)?
Or maybe it's a problem of mime-type configuration in your server, for the jad and jar extensions...
