I am getting the above issue when trying to compile the HelloWorld example from s60_2nd_fp3

    Install order is.
    -Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003
    -Active Perl v5.6.1
    -Java VM 1.5.0_06-b05
    -Carbide.vs 2.0
    -Nokia S60 2nd Ed FP 3

Created the project with the wizard.
The project is located at c:\work\symbian\test\test
The installs of Carbide and Nokia are both in their default directories and contain now spaces.
PATH enviroment appears to be setup correctly for VS.net 2k3, and Perl.
The Exectuable Directory is has also been doubled checked agaist another system that is able to compile just fine.
    I have disabled Virus software.

    Any ideas?

Re: Linker Errors with MSVC++ .net 2003

    Found the issue.

    Needed to add

    c:\perl\bin

to Executable Directories for VS 2k3.net
As it was preventing a perl script from creating the *.def file earlier in the build process.

Also updated Perl to v5.8.7, but this shouldn't effect that script.
