I am working on my final year project and need some help with connecting a phone to MCU. The device I'm trying to develop should be able to make a CSD data call. As I understood from other threads, this can be easily done using an older phone via a DLR-3P cable and suitable AT commands sent from UART of the MCU. But is this somehow possible with up-to-date Nokia phones shipped with a USB cable (like DKU-5 or DKU-2) and appropriately equipped MCU? Do these phones understand AT commands sent through the cable without any drivers? What about Symbian phones? I've read that they don't understand AT c. at all. Do you see any other acceptable alternative how could I send data from MCU through current Nokia phones?
Thanks and best regards
