    S60 Version differences

I came across a reference to S60 version "2.1" but could not find any mention in the dev notes as to what exactly a version 2.1 was supposed to be? Is that S60 3rd? Is that S60 2nd, with service pack 1? Is that the SDK 2.1?

Supposedly the 6620 is a "2.1" device as opposed to the 6600, but no mention of that in the comparison charts.

    hmmm...what does it all mean?
