I am completely stuck. I have been able to send WAP Push indications that point to server locations via bulksms' API (See http://bulksms.2way.co.za/docs/eapi/submission/faq/ under the section how do I send a wap push indication?) and it works beautifully. The only thing is, I would like to send (for instance) a picture and have it open automatically on the user's phone via a WAP push.
Now, their sample shows the default content type as AE:
AE Content Type: application/vnd.wap.sic
and in Syam's post at http://discussion.forum.nokia.com/fo...157#post191157
I saw that you get the AE value by OR'ing the values
(0x80 | 0x2E)
So I OR'ed 0x80 and 0x3E (3E being application/vnd.wap.mms-message as per the list at http://www.openmobilealliance.org/te...ntent-type.htm)
but now I just get a straight wap push still and when I follow the link I get garbage. I am using MMSlib to encode my content to a .MMS file. The content is a straight JPEG encoded to MMS format by MMSlib's built-in encoder, you can have a look at it on:
Any ideas anybody? I know I am running out of them.
Thanks a lot in advance
