midlet icon format for n91 (or s60.3 phones)?

    Hi

I'm porting a midlet game for the n91. However all the standard icon formats I have tried turn out very pixelated, as if they where re-sampled to a low resolution (and then resized). I have tried 8 bit bmp's of sizes 15x15, 16x16, 24x24, 42x29, and even non-standard ones like 29x29 and 32x32. I also tried gif's and svg-t's. I was hoping the svg-t vector format would work, but nothing did, and I am running out of ideas. Does anyone know how to get it working?

(On a unrelated note; Does anyone know of a hack so that the "red button" does not cause application to exit? I have tried throwing a MIDletStateChangeException from destroyApp() but phone exits app. anyway.)

    Thanks, petke@hotmail.com
