Nokia 3rd Generation support for JSR 177

    Hello,

I´m a german student and working on my master thesis about
    JSR177.
Although every documentation from Nokia explains that the Satsa API
(SATSA-Crypto, SATSA-PKI and SATSA-APDU) is fully implemented I can´t find the SATSA-APDU in the jar file
delivered with the Nokia S60 emulator.
    The jar file is hmidps60v30.jar.

Could it be Nokia 3rd generation phones do not support the full JSR 177 API, but only the PKI and CRYPTO Parts?

How can I make a connection to a JavaCard Applet in the Nokia Emulator?

Please reply to this Thread. It´s urgent due to the fact that it is my Master Thesis!

    Regards

    Andreas Münstermann

Download and run the Nokia Prototype SDK 4.0. The jar file is actually a zip file ( ) and it's located in the C:\Nokia\Devices\Nokia_Prototype_SDK_4_0\devices\Prototype_4_0_S60_MIDP_Emulator\lib\ext folder.

    Sample code here: http://www-128.ibm.com/developerwork...tsa/index.html
