    A simple question

    i have installed s60 SDK 3rd edition,Active perl 5.6,Carbide c++ express.
    when i want to import an example from SDK Example.a warning "perl is not a internal or external command......"always show.
    i searched some posts in forum and find someone has same problem but i can't find a good solution.
    i think my active perl is installed correctly ,but i doubt it has problem.
    Maybe i need change some options?
    who can help me?

    Check that Perl is on your PATH. Type "perl -v" on a dos command prompt and you should see it spit out some version info. If not, put the path to perl.exe on your PATH env var.

    i can see that information,i think perl is OK.but i can't import .ini or mmp.

    OK, i get it. yesterday i try "perl -v",it is ok but carbide can't work. then i re-install perl. Today after i add perl to my path, carbide can work. well, thank your very much!

    Go to a command prompt again and type 'devices'. You should have at least one that says "-default" next to it. Can you post what the output of this command is?

    You need to have at least one SDK set as 'defualt' for importing to work.
