Sending jar file through infrared (phone thinks its multimedia?)

Hi, I'm just starting j2me programming and I'm having trouble running my app in nokia phones (6230 and 7250i). In the 7250i when I send the jar file through infrared it says it's and invalid file, and when I send it to the 6230 (also through infrared) it says I can save it but it only allows me to save it in the multimedia section and says it's an unknow format.

I tried also running my app in an Sony Ericcson phone and it worked fine.

    Here is the manifest:
    Manifest-Version: 1.0
    Ant-Version: Apache Ant 1.6.5
    Created-By: 1.5.0_05-b05 (Sun Microsystems Inc.)
    MIDlet-1: HelloMidlet, , hello.HelloMidlet
    MIDlet-Vendor: Vendor
    MIDlet-Version: 1.0.0
    MIDlet-Name: Ericcson
    MicroEdition-Configuration: CLDC-1.0
    MicroEdition-Profile: MIDP-1.0

Hi, you can not send JAR like that to the device,
You have to use deployment tool
    As PC suite installer
Or Nokia developer suite deployment tool

Into S60 jar can be sent to the inbox straigh a way

As mostakhd wrote, this is a limitation of Nokia Series 40 1st (7250i) and 2nd (6230) Edition. In all other Nokia Series and since Series 40 3rd, you are able to send MIDlets like you are used to by Sony Ericsson.
