I'm trying to test OMA SD for a project of my company. I created a .dcf & .drc file with NMIT 4.1. Then I downloaded the Media Content (dcf) with a mobile from our test server. I sent a WAP Push with a link to the rights object and downloaded it. But it doesn't work. I know that there are 2 opinions, how to get the correct rights object for a media content. One is to configure your web server so that it answers a HTTP request for a dcf file with a "X-Oma-Drm-Separate-Delivery" header to define a period of time in which the rights object should arrive via WAP Push at the mobile. The second is to define a Rights-Issuer URI in the dcf file to tell the mobile, the dcf file is saved on, where it can send a request for the rights object to. Is a certain configuration on the test server mandatory, or is it possible to send the rights object directly to the mobile (WAP Push/SMS) so that the content can be activated?
