    Hi Damien,

Yes, if you're talking about JME development for Symbian, Carbide.j has a UI Designer. Try it:

    I hope it's what you're looking for.

    Hi Damien,

"include to symbian app ability to send sms"

Well, if you'd like to send SMS messages using JME you should take a look at WMA (JSR-120). Docs in this forum:

MIDP 2.0: Wireless Messaging API Example
    http://forum.nokia.com/info/sw.nokia..._v1_0.zip.html

    Also, for MMS:

MIDP: Wireless Messaging API 2.0 Developer's Guide (With Example)

Re: Question about visual developer tools

Hmmm looks interesting, but juarez you see this aplication is beetwen two Symbian phones.

Let me expolain what i need get.
    \
We try to build device which is installed in CAR.
This device got an GSM MODEM inside.
So there is no way to install there any application. Its like a basic phone.

I with phone can change a few things in this modem VIA SMS.
So i send to this modem many sms. I can't remember them all. Its impossible.
So i think the best solution is to build an apllication for me ( in future for customers). This application will send definied sms's to this modem ( so number is always the same, it should be configurable - like please enter MODEM NUMBER). Only there is need to build a menu where i can choose beetwen alraedy wrote TEXT's. If i will choose an option in menu eg POSITION. My phone will send SMS to this modem( application have number of modem) SMS with following text "POSITION".
Do you think its possible ??

This example include in links arent working, i dont know why.
In documentation they wrote that there is need to install application on both sides ( on my phone, and in phone of person which should recive sended message) It not comfortable, just like i wrote, i cant install anythink in modem. Its immpossible.
Please answer me, in short future device will be done, i really need make this application. I will include your nick in credits :P

    Regards
    Damien
