viewfinder image is turned by 90 degrees on N80

    Hi,
I'am trying to use camera on N80, i managed to sign my application and it works fine, except for one thing, the image i get from the viewfinder is turned by 90 degrees, this looks really weird on the screen. Any ideas?
I use MCameraObserver and process image in ViewFinderFrameReady. Viewfinder is started using virtual void StartViewFinderBitmapsL(TSize &aSize, TRect &aClipRect).

    all the best!

    Hi,

I have the same problem as you with the viewfinder turned 90 degrees, I also noticed it on the Nokia 3250.

How did you solve this problem?

I'm also seeing this problem. It seems to only happen after the built-in camera application has been used (just launch it, taking a picture is not necessary) and the only way to get it back to normal is to reset the device.

What's also interesting is that the available resolutions (and possibly other settings) are different before and after launching the built-in camera application. Before, the available resolutions are 640x480, 800x600 and 1280x960. After, 1600x1200 and 2048x1536 are also available.
