    Re: bluetooth push registry

    hi dear juarezjunior,

tks a lot for ure prompt response, i found that "S60 2nd Edition, Feature Pack 2 introduced support for Bluetooth Push, which means that a device is capable of launching applications triggered by receiving Bluetooth indications from an external source".
it's nice but i look for a sample code to implement this job if u have tested it..tks a lot

    best regards
    Nabil

Have you read my information? In your case it should work, as triggering a start is enough.

I do not know, what you need for sample code? Have a look at normal Push Registry samples on the net. Actually, you only need to understand javax.microedition.io.PushRegistry.registerConnection(…) in your case.

Nevertheless, you will have to change the software on your bar code scanner. It has to create this trigger. There is no other magic, I know, how to start this.
